Package Instructions:
Mix each package of muffin mix with 2 large, well-beaten eggs, and 1/2 cup of melted butter (or margarine) and pour into 24 mini muffin cups that have been coated with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cooking time may vary according to oven and altitude. Remove from pans immediately on to wire rack. Yield: 24 mini muffins per batch or 48 per box.
